The CADE Reef S2 Classic 600 for Compact Singapore Reefs

The CADE Reef S2 Classic 600 brings the same rimless, sump-filtered design philosophy to a more compact 60cm footprint, making it a strong choice for reefers in flats and condos where space is tight but a proper sumped system is still the goal. The Opti-Clear glass and precise silicone work give it a clean, minimalist face, and the built-in overflow means you keep equipment hidden below while the display stays uncluttered.

A smaller reef is easier to place from a floor-loading standpoint, but the warm Singapore climate still drives the planning. With less water volume, temperature swings faster, so a chiller becomes important if you keep heat-sensitive corals or fish, and stable parameters depend on disciplined top-off and dosing. The matched CADE cabinet keeps the sump, return pump and any reactors tidy underneath while spreading the system’s weight on your floor.
