The NF Q-40 All-in-One Tank for SG Aquascapers
The Q-40 has a 40 x 26 x 33cm footprint at around 33 litres, giving it a wider, more rectangular shape than the cube models in the range. That extra length is a gift for aquascaping: you get more horizontal room to build depth with hardscape and to plant a proper foreground rather than cramming everything into a square. It ships complete with crystal glass, integrated back-chamber filtration and media, LED lighting and a cover.
The wider base suits a low-tech planted layout beautifully, and many Singapore keepers run tanks this size heaterless in our steady 27-29C rooms. As always with our chloraminated tap water, dechlorinate every fill and top-up, and let the tank cycle fully before adding much stock. The longer footprint also encourages better surface agitation from the return, which helps oxygen levels in our warm climate.
