Planting with the DOOA Aqua Pincette S in your SG tank

The Aqua Pincette S is the shortest tweezer in the DOOA range, and in our experience it is the one most Singapore hobbyists reach for in compact HDB and condo nano tanks. The 17.5cm reach keeps your knuckles clear of the rim on a small cube, while the lightweight spring tension lets you set tiny carpet portions without crushing the stems. For shallow open-top scapes it is genuinely the easiest size to control.

We find the short length pairs naturally with foreground work: dwarf hairgrass, Monte Carlo and small crypt portions all go in cleanly when you can angle the tip straight down into fresh aquasoil. Rinse and dry the blades after each session, as our humid climate encourages surface oxidation on any stainless tool left damp. A quick wipe before storage keeps the aligned tips meeting precisely for years.
