No, JBL Haru is not suited for these plastic materials.
JBL InSet Inlet Pipe Sets for External Filters
The InSet is a complete intake assembly for CristalProfi and other external filters, an angled telescopic suction pipe finished with an intake strainer. It connects to your canister inlet with a threaded hose fitting and drops into the tank ready to draw water, saving you from cobbling together pipe and a basket separately. The telescoping length adjusts to your tank height, with the 12/16 version reaching 33-49cm and the larger 16/22 and 19/25 sizes 36-55cm.
The strainer is the part that earns its keep: it stops gravel, leaves and stray fish or shrimp being pulled into the impeller, which matters in the planted shrimp tanks many local hobbyists run. Position the intake low and away from the return so the filter pulls from a different zone than it pushes, keeping the whole tank turning over.
