SHIRUBA CA-312S on/off valves for hose maintenance
These inline on/off valves let you isolate a section of hose without draining the whole canister, which turns routine maintenance from a wet ordeal into a quick, controlled job. The adjustable design also lets you dial water volume up or down, handy for tuning flow into a spray bar or lily pipe. The middle nut unscrews with a light turn so you can pull the valve apart and clear the biofilm and gunk that inevitably builds up inside.
Made from ABS for durability, they come sized for 12/16mm and 16/22mm tubing to match SHIRUBA XB308 and XB312 setups. In Singapore’s warm, humid conditions, hoses fur up with biofilm faster, so a valve you can open and brush out keeps flow honest between deep cleans. We suggest fitting valves on both inlet and outlet so you can disconnect the canister for servicing without losing prime or flooding the cabinet floor.
