Faq

1. 5 years warranty :
This means that, if during that period something happens, we will send you a replacement background, in the same color, model and size. In order to accept your claim, we will need to receive a few photos that clearly show the damage, and the proof of payment. We don’t accept claims in case you mishandle the background, modified it in any way (coated with anything, used another paint to modify the color, etc.).

2. Will Certain Fish Damage My Background?

If you have fish that eat snails, and think they could bite into the background, make sure
to let us know in advance. Some fish with particularly strong bite can damage some of
the products.
In this case, we might suggest another model, such as E or G models, which are
extremely durable.

Fitting the Aquadecor M5 Background to a Juwel Tank

The Aquadecor M5 is a moulded 3D background sized for Juwel tanks, and we recommend it to keepers who want a deep, naturalistic rear wall without the mess of building one from foam and resin. It is flexible yet durable, hollow at the back so pumps and heaters tuck neatly out of sight, and it does not need siliconing in, which means it can even go into an established tank. That hidden-equipment design is genuinely useful in a tidy HDB or condo display.

Because it is made to order and can be supplied in sections, the top bracing on a Juwel rim is no obstacle to a clean fit. Trapped air behind a large panel is the usual snag, so press it firmly against the glass during install and work bubbles out from the centre. Handle it with care, as the warranty covers manufacturing faults rather than damage from modification or rough handling.
