The RQ19008 Mountain in a Singapore Aquascape

At 26 by 27 by 16cm, the RQ19008 mountain is a large hardscape substitute that gives you the dramatic peak of an iwagumi or rocky river look without sourcing and balancing heavy stone. We like recommending it to flat-dwellers conscious of floor loading: a single resin form weighs a fraction of an equivalent rock pile, which matters on upper-floor HDB and condo stands where every kilo of tank, water and hardscape adds up.

The ridges and crevices read as terraced rock and create natural ledges where Corydoras or small cichlids can shelter and graze. Seat it on the base glass before filling so its mass rests on the substrate, not on plants, and rinse it in treated water first to clear manufacturing residue. Angled with the steep face toward the viewer, it builds the sense of depth a small tank usually lacks.
