SUDO S-882 Decoration Cave for Singapore Tanks

The SUDO S-882 cave gives shy fish a place to claim, and we find it earns its keep fastest in tanks with territorial or nervous species. At roughly 118 x 80 x 50mm it slots neatly into the compact tanks most Singapore hobbyists keep in HDB and condo spaces, sitting low enough to tuck behind plants or driftwood without dominating the layout. The moulded resin is inert, so it won’t shift your soft local water parameters.

Caves do real work beyond looks. Bristlenose plecos, dwarf cichlids and many catfish will adopt a snug hide as a spawning site, while skittish fish simply settle and colour up once they know a refuge is there. We position the opening away from the strongest flow so the inside stays calm, and check there is enough clearance for the resident to turn around comfortably.
