SUDO S-898 Large Trunk Decoration for Bigger Tanks

The S-898 is the larger trunk ornament in this range, with the same realistic 3D bark texture moulded in resin. At around 170mm it makes a proper centrepiece for bigger community and species tanks, giving sizeable fish, plecos and turtles a substantial hollow to shelter in. SUDO checks every piece for sharp edges, so even fast-moving fish that bolt for cover will not catch a fin on it.

Being resin, it stays inert and safe, with no effect on your pH and no leaching into our naturally soft tap water. Rinse it, then settle the base firmly into the substrate so the weight of curious fish or a turtle climbing on it will not topple the piece. We like using a large trunk like this as the anchor of a layout, building driftwood, stone and plants around it to soften the silhouette.
