Zhen De Turtle Cave (25221) for Singapore Setups

This Zhen De Turtle Cave, around 18 x 9.5 x 8cm, is a moulded resin hide designed to give turtles, terrapins and larger fish a shaded retreat. A secure cave matters more than many keepers realise: a place to hide lowers stress, helps shy animals settle, and gives basking species a cooler shadow to duck into. The textured rock-style finish also blends naturally into a semi-aquatic or community layout.

In Singapore’s warm conditions a hide that offers shade is genuinely useful, since turtle tanks under strong basking lamps can otherwise leave an animal with nowhere to cool off. The resin is inert and freshwater-safe, and it lifts out easily for cleaning, which is important in turtle setups that foul quickly. Give it a rinse before use and scrub it during your regular maintenance.
