TROPICAL DISCUS GRAN D-50 PLUS BABY high-protein food enhancing growth of young discus. Slowly sinking granules with exceptionally high content of highly digestible protein (55%) for young discus.
Raw materials of animals and plant origin were carefully selected to provide growing fish with complete protein, rich in all essential amino acids, needed for healthy growth. The immune system of young fish is enhanced by beta-glucan and active substances from garlic, yeasts, spirulina and Kelp algae.

Discus Gran D-50 Plus Baby: growing out young discus in Singapore

This high-protein granule is formulated for the grow-out stage, when young discus need frequent, protein-rich meals to develop body shape and size. The slowly sinking granules suit the way juvenile discus feed in the water column rather than racing to the surface. We recommend several small feeds a day at this age instead of one large one, siphoning waste between meals to keep the bare-bottom grow-out tanks many local breeders use spotless.

Discus are heat-loving, so this is one of the few cases where our 27-29C ambient is not quite enough; growers typically push grow-out tanks warmer still. Heavy feeding means heavy water changes, and Singapore tap water suits discus once dechlorinated, though serious keepers temper hardness for fry. Watch growth and colour weekly and adjust portions to the fish, not the clock.
