Jeneca GLB-600/800/1000 Internal Filters for Small to Mid Tanks

This internal filter range scales neatly from the GLB-600 for nano and small tanks up to the GLB-1000 for a busier mid-sized setup, so you can match flow to tank volume rather than overpowering small fish. Sitting fully inside the tank, these units suit Singapore flats where there is no room behind the tank for an external canister, and they tuck away in a back corner of a desk or shelf aquarium without a cabinet.

An internal filter both clears debris and houses biological media, and its outflow stirs the surface, which helps oxygen exchange in our warm 27-29C water. We often recommend them for quarantine tanks, betta setups and shrimp tanks where you want gentle, adjustable flow. For shrimp in particular, slipping a foam pre-filter over the intake stops curious shrimplets being drawn in while keeping the sponge biologically active.
