JUWEL FilterGrid Shrimp-Safe Intake Slot

The FilterGrid is a fine-mesh insert that narrows the intake slots on a JUWEL Bioflow filter so very small shrimp and fry cannot be drawn in. It is shaped to match the filter’s existing design, sitting flush rather than looking bolted-on, and crucially JUWEL engineered it to keep suction and filtering performance strong even with the smaller openings. That balance is the whole point: protection without choking flow.
