Usage:
We recommend to switch on the UV-C sterilizer for 24hours and change to new lamp after 6-8months. Please do not view the UV-C light or place in UV-C lamp into the main pond, as it extremely harmful to human and fishes. It should be place in the filter compartment and covered. If you are unsure, please give us our sales rep a call.

KINGRATE M-series mini UV-C for aquariums and small ponds
The compact M-series runs 7W to 11W in a slim 22-26cm body, sized for aquariums and small garden ponds rather than big koi systems. That slim form factor is what makes it practical for Singapore tanks: it tucks inside a filter compartment or sump without dominating the cabinet, while still clearing green water and cutting free-floating bacteria. For indoor tanks that catch afternoon sun through a window, a small UV like this is often all you need to keep water polished and clear.
Matching wattage to volume matters; the 7W model is rated for roughly 700L, so check your system size before buying. UV-C is a tool for water clarity and bacterial control, not a fix for underlying overstocking or overfeeding, so keep up your water changes alongside it. Heed the safety notes: never view the lit lamp directly and keep it shielded inside the filter, never loose in the display. Swap the lamp every 6-8 months since UV output fades long before the bulb stops glowing.
