Installation Guide:
Mounts Shiruba SS250 on 2~3cm position under water level and make sucker attach on the tank wall.
The power cord is required to be fixed to the hooks at the product side. Sucker on the power cord have to be attached on the tank wall, and kept more than 1cm distance from the buoy, to avoid affecting buoy operations.

The SS-250 tackles the oily surface film that builds up on planted and community tanks, pulling the top layer of water across a skimmer so the surface stays clean and gas exchange improves. That film is more than cosmetic; it blocks oxygen transfer and dims the light reaching your plants. Its submersible outlet design returns water below the surface, which helps limit CO2 loss in injected setups while still clearing the scum.
In Singapore’s warm conditions, surface film and biofilm form quickly, and a still-water nano can develop a visible sheen within days, so a compact skimmer keeps a display looking crisp between maintenance. It works in both freshwater and marine setups. We suggest cleaning the slot intake regularly, since trapped debris reduces the skim, and pairing it with gentle overall flow so the whole surface gets drawn toward the unit rather than just one corner.
