SUNSUN JUP-22/23 Internal Filter with UV for Singapore Aquariums

The JUP-22 and JUP-23 are multi-functional internal filters that combine pumping, filtration, aeration and a built-in UV lamp in one submersible unit. The UV stage targets waterborne particles and free-floating algae to help keep water clear, while the filter and aeration functions support a healthy environment for fish and plants. It is a tidy all-in-one for keepers who want UV clarity without adding a separate inline steriliser.

Run it fully submerged at all times; like other JP-style pumps, operating it above the water line risks overheating and damage, so check levels after every water change. In our 27-29C climate, the aeration helps with oxygen in warm water, and UV can assist during green-water episodes that come with bright, warm conditions. Remember UV is a clarity aid, not a cure for poor husbandry, so keep up regular changes with conditioned tap water.
