Conditioning fish on ANS Extreme Growth Pellet S

This small floating pellet is a high-protein conditioning feed aimed at growing out young fish and building size and shape, with spirulina and astaxanthin to deepen natural colour and added probiotics to help keep the water from clouding. The floating format lets you watch every fish eat, gauge appetite and pull leftovers before they sink, which is handy when you are pushing growth on cichlids, flowerhorns or other show fish in a local fishroom.

High-protein feeding produces more waste, so in our warm 27-29C water, where everything decomposes fast, lean on your filtration and stay on top of water changes to keep nitrate in check. Feed several small portions a day rather than one heavy serve, soak the pellets briefly if your fish gulp air, and store the bag sealed away from our humidity so it does not go soft or mouldy between feeds.
