Feeding Guideline:
Feed 2-3 times daily as much as your fish can eat within 5 minutes. Do not overfeed the fish. Remove uneaten food in the aquarium after feeding period.
Feeding a Community Tank with Sanyu Eaton Red Small Pellets
Sanyu Eaton Red in the small-pellet size is a colour-enhancing daily food that suits the mixed community tanks most Singapore hobbyists keep. The small pellet works for a wide range of mid-sized fish such as tetras, barbs, rasboras and small cichlids, and its fish-meal and shrimp base supports growth while the colour-enhancing formula brings out reds and oranges. A useful practical point is that it is formulated not to cloud the water, which matters in our warm tanks where leftover food breaks down quickly.
Available in 100g and 230g tubs, it is economical for a stocked tank, but portion control still matters: feed only what your fish clear in a couple of minutes and skip a day occasionally rather than overfeeding. In our 27-29C water, excess food rots fast and pushes nitrate and ammonia up. Keep the tub tightly closed against Singapore’s high humidity to stop the pellets going soft.
