Feeding UP Aqua Sinking Feed to Small Fish and Shrimp

This high-protein sinking food is aimed at the small fish and shrimp that fill so many local nano and community tanks, and the fine sinking pellets reach mid-water and bottom feeders that never make it to the surface in time. The format suits dwarf shrimp, corydoras, kuhli loaches and small tetras grazing near the substrate, and the high acceptance means even shyer or fussier fish tend to take it readily once it settles.

As with any feed in our warm 27-29C water, less is more. We tell customers to drop only what the tank clears within a few minutes and to siphon stray pellets during water changes, since uneaten food spoils quickly and pushes up nitrate in a small tank. In a planted or shrimp setup the existing biofilm carries the livestock between feeds, so a modest portion every day or two keeps everyone in good condition without fouling the water.
