Running the Horizon Shield ZS 7300 Reef LED in Singapore

This 200W app-controlled reef fixture is built for serious coral keepers, and we see it used over medium to large display tanks where stable, programmable spectrum matters. The Wi-Fi A200 controller lets you ramp intensity, schedule sunrise-to-moonlight cycles, and tune the daylight and Mixture-Z channels for either coral growth or fish colour. The extendable bracket suits the deeper, wider tanks common in landed and larger condo homes here.

In our climate the bigger concern is heat: a 200W fixture adds warmth to a room that often sits at 27-29C, so we suggest running it in an air-conditioned space or alongside a chiller for sensitive SPS. Mount it with airflow around the heatsink, and during monsoon-season outages remember the controller schedule resumes once power returns, though corals dislike sudden swings.
