A glass cover does more in Singapore than it might elsewhere. It traps a little warmth on cooler air-conditioned nights, slows evaporation in dry months, and keeps adventurous fish from leaping out onto the floor. The ANS Tank Cover Holder is the clear acrylic corner piece that makes this practical, sitting at each corner of the rim so your cover glass floats just above the water with a clean, near-invisible look that suits modern aquascapes.

Each pack contains four holders sized to match common glass thicknesses of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm, so you can pick the set that fits your cover panel snugly. We like that they lift the glass slightly off the water surface, which improves gas exchange and reduces the condensation fog that builds under a fully sealed lid in our humid climate. They also leave a small gap at the back for filter pipes, heaters and cables to pass through neatly.
