Stream Mix M is a medium-grade blend of natural grains and small pebbles that captures the varied texture of a real streambed, where sand and fine gravel mingle rather than sitting as one uniform layer. That mix of sizes gives a scape genuine depth and reads as authentic, especially in river and hillstream-style layouts. Sold in 1kg portions for nano builds and 5kg for larger tanks, you can buy exactly what your design needs.

It is inert and aquarium-safe for tropical fish and shrimp, leaving your soft local water parameters unchanged. Rinse it well before use to clear grit and dust. Because the coarser mix traps uneaten food and waste between grains, run a gravel vac over the surface at water changes and keep steady flow across the bed so debris lifts into the filter rather than rotting down in the substrate.
