The NJ-18L is the bigger 14 x 14cm version of NomoyPet’s aluminium reflector dome, again on an E27 screw base. The larger reflector spreads heat and UVB over a wider basking area, making it the better choice for bigger turtle tanks and terrariums or for higher-wattage bulbs that need more clearance and airflow around the socket.

As with any reptile fixture, match the bulb to the holder’s wattage rating to avoid overheating, and site it well clear of children, pets and water spray. In our humid local conditions we’d recommend checking the basking-spot temperature after install with a probe thermometer, since a wide dome over a larger tank can read differently than you’d expect. The bulb itself is sold separately.
