How To Safely Add Fish To Tank

1. Set live stock aside with transportation bag in room temperature place for 30 minutes.
2. Then transfer bag to float in aquarium for another 30 minutes
3. Use a fish net to transfer the live stock by scooping it from the bag into the tank.

Note: Do not release live stocks together with the transportation water into tank.

Keeping Adolfo’s Cory in a Singapore tank

Adolfo’s Cory (Corydoras adolfoi) is a peaceful, social bottom-dweller that does best in a shoal of six or more, so plan stocking around a group rather than a single fish. They forage constantly along the substrate, which makes a soft sand bed kinder to their delicate barbels than sharp gravel. We keep ours over fine sand with shaded spots from driftwood and plants where they can rest during the day.

Singapore tap water runs soft and slightly acidic, which suits this species well, and our ambient 27-29C sits within their comfortable range, so most home tanks need no heater. Acclimate slowly: rest the sealed bag at room temperature, then float it to equalise temperature, and drip or net them in gently rather than dumping bag water. Stable, well-cycled water and gentle flow keep these corys settled and active.
