Sanital – aquarium salt
SANITAL is a specially developed aquarium salt for prophylactic use and bath preparation for fish after transportation and during whole acclimatization period. Active substances facilitate recovery and treat fish’s ionic disorders caused by unfavorable environmental factors. Aloe accelerates the regeneration of epidermis and stimulates the immunity system. Fluid blue UV filter gives water sky blue colour and inhibits algae growth. SANITAL should be used after any water change. It is safe for the environment and all inhabitants of the tank.

TREATMENT: prophylactically – with every water change in normal tank – 2 level teaspoons per 50 litres of water; quarantine period in a tank without substratum, biological cloudiness of water – 4 level teaspoons per 50 litres of water.

Sanital + Aloevera Aquarium Salt for Acclimation and Recovery

Aquarium salt has long been a fishkeeper’s first reach for prophylactic dips and supporting fish through stressful transitions, and Sanital + Aloevera pairs that salt with aloe to help soothe the skin. In Singapore, where fish often travel across the island in bags from shops or breeders, the acclimation window is exactly when stress-related issues appear. A measured salt bath can help fish settle and support them through that recovery period.

We stress measured use. Salt is a tool, not a tonic to dose continuously, and some plants and scaleless species are sensitive to it, so it is best used in a hospital or acclimation context rather than your main display. The aloe component is intended to support the slime coat and epidermis, which can take a knock during bagging, netting and the swings that come with moving fish in our warm climate.
