This special composition based on spinach and derived from the cleanest waters nori algae was created based on many years of aquarist experience. Spinach is an excellent source of beta-carotene, it contains easily absorbable vitamins K, C, B1, B2, PP, B6, E and folic acid. The rich formula and nori algae additive perfectly complement the diet with minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and iodine. Unlike the other plant foods available on the market, it does not require defrosting.
Dosage: Feed in small portions once a day. Shake well before use. Store in the fridge after opening.Aquaforest liquid foods are a perfect alternative for frozen foods and should be dosed in similar amounts. It’s important to establish the dosage based on needs of aquarium stock.

Liquid Vege is a plant-based liquid food built on spinach and nori algae, and it fills a gap many reef and marine keepers overlook: the herbivores. Tangs, blennies, many cleanup-crew grazers and certain inverts do far better with a steady vegetable component in their diet, and this saves you clipping nori sheets onto a veggie clip every day. The blend brings beta-carotene, vitamins and minerals that support colour and general condition.

For Singapore tanks the convenience is real, since there is no defrosting and no algae sheets going slimy in our heat. Feed small, frequent amounts rather than one large dose, because in a warm 27-29C system uneaten food drives nuisance algae and nutrient spikes. Slow the return pump briefly so grazers and filter feeders can take it up, and keep the bottle sealed and cool once opened so it stays fresh in our humid climate between feedings.
