We stock it for keepers grooming pearl-heavy crossbreeds who want that reflective, beaded look to pop under display lighting. The formula is hormone-free, so it slots into a long conditioning routine without affecting the fish’s reproductive system.

Calcium uptake and fin condition both depend on clean, stable water. Singapore tap runs soft and slightly acidic, so mineral support through diet is genuinely useful here, but it only shows when waste is kept down. In our warm tanks feed several small portions daily, clear leftovers, and keep up water changes so nitrate does not blunt the shine you are working to develop.
