Description
Polyp-up is an excellent nutritional supplement for corals, especially SPS corals. It enhances the appearance of polyp extensions and their hue. Thanks to its unique formula, Polyp-up also facilitates tissue growth and enhances coral immunity.
Polyp-up is a source of Omega-3 and Omega-6 unsaturated fats, as well as vitamins and amino acids. Longer polyp extensions make it easier to collect food from the water. It not only intensifies saturation, but also promotes the assimilation of nutrients, thus accelerating tissue growth and the construction of coral skeletons.
The antioxidants promote coral coloration, particularly yellow and orange. The product contains antioxidants that protect delicate coral tissues from damage caused by free radicals. Changes in lighting, cutting frags, and UV radiation are some of the stressful conditions that secrete these.
Polyp-up contains crucial microelements like: iron, zinc, manganese, and iodine, which are essential for many metabolic processes.

Aquaforest Polyp-Up 50ml for SPS Polyp Extension
Polyp-Up is a feeding supplement we recommend to Singapore reefers chasing fuller polyp extension and richer colour, particularly on SPS. The formula carries omega-3 and omega-6 fats along with vitamins and amino acids, which encourages corals to push out their polyps and feed more readily from the water column. Longer extension isn’t just cosmetic; it means the colony is actively grazing, which supports tissue growth over time.
We suggest dosing in the evening after lights dim, when many corals naturally extend, and cutting flow briefly so the supplement lingers around the colonies rather than getting whisked into the skimmer. Start light and observe how your corals respond over a week before adjusting, since every tank’s nutrient balance differs. In our warm 27-29C reefs metabolism is brisk, so corals tend to react to targeted feeding fairly quickly.
This sits within our marine additives range. To use it well, read our guides on target-feeding corals and choosing coral food supplements so your dosing routine actually translates into growth.
