Long description:
Red Nose Shrimp, also known as Pinocchio Shrimp, are easily recognized by their long pointed red rostrum and transparent body. Unlike many dwarf shrimp, they are more active swimmers and are often seen exploring all levels of the aquarium. They are effective algae grazers and do well in planted tanks with stable, clean water conditions. Due to their sensitivity to water quality and tendency to jump when stressed, a covered tank and proper acclimation are recommended.
