Angel Aqua DY-103 Cylinder Air Stone for SG Tanks

The DY-103 series gives you a range of cylinder lengths, from the compact DY103H up to the longer DY103A, so you can match bubble output to tank size and pump strength. Made from fired AL2O3 ceramic, these stones throw a fine, even curtain of bubbles that lift oxygen far better than the cheap basswood blocks many local hobbyists start with. The reinforced plastic connector is built to resist cracking, a small but real advantage in our humid environment where brittle plastics fail fast.

In Singapore’s 27-29C tanks, oxygen saturation sits lower than in temperate setups, so consistent, fine aeration genuinely helps stocking density, especially in community tanks, fry grow-outs and ornamental display setups. Position the longer cylinders along the back glass for a clean wall of bubbles, or tuck a short one behind hardscape. Rinse the ceramic periodically, as our airborne dust and any oil film will gradually clog the pores and weaken the flow over months of use.
