BOYU SP1300/1800/2500B Submersible Filter in Singapore

This BOYU submersible is a versatile internal filter built around a die-cast ABS pump body sealed in resin for reliable waterproofing. It combines pumping, aeration and biochemical filtration in one compact unit, making it a practical all-in-one for the small to medium tanks common in flats here. Sitting inside the tank, it keeps the cabinet and floor clear, which suits tight HDB and condo setups where external gear is awkward to house.

The three sizes let you match output to tank volume rather than overpowering a smaller aquarium. Its integrated spray bar adds surface agitation, which matters in our warm 27-29C water where dissolved oxygen can run lower, helping gas exchange for fish and beneficial bacteria. Rinse the biochemical sponge in old tank water during maintenance so you preserve the bacterial colony, and position it to give good circulation right across the tank for even filtration.
