The 5kg SUDO S-8835 is the bulk version of the crystal orange sand, sized for hobbyists laying a full bed across a standard two or three-foot tank rather than topping up a nano. It is the same bright, natural, neutral sand that keeps your soft local water unchanged, just enough of it to scape a whole display in one go without mixing bags from different batches.
The warm orange tone is great for showing off colourful community fish, and at this volume you can run a deeper foreground or a fully sanded layout. Guppies, mollies, tetras and goldfish all read well against the lighter base, and the inert grain means no chemistry surprises. Rinse before use, keep the layer shallow enough to siphon easily, and the colour holds up well under regular maintenance in our warm tanks.
