Aquaforest AFix Glue for Joining Rocks and Mounting Corals

AFix is a two-part putty for bonding small rocks together and securing stony corals onto rock, and being non-toxic to reef life it is safe to use in and around a marine tank. For Singapore reefers building aquascapes in condo-sized display tanks, a reliable putty lets you create stable, gravity-defying structures and open caves without relying on awkward stacking that can shift and crush corals later. You mix equal parts outside the tank and have about 30 minutes of working time.

In our warm, humid climate we suggest prepping in an air-conditioned room, since heat can shorten working time, and shaping joins before they begin to set. Putty is also handy for permanently positioning frags as they grow out, giving polyps a steady base in a system you are keeping stable against ambient 27 to 29C. Keep it away from children and treat it strictly as an aquarium product.
