Soft Line America Size S: soft sinking sticks for New World fish in SG
These soft, sinking sticks are formulated for omnivorous and carnivorous fish from the Americas in the 2-6cm range, with herring and insect protein plus carotenoids from krill, calanus and red pepper for colour. The soft texture and small format suit the South and Central American cichlids, tetras and catfish that fill so many local community and biotope tanks, and the sinking action delivers food to mid-water and bottom feeders rather than the surface alone.
High hydrostability keeps the sticks intact and limits clouding, which is welcome in our warm 27-29C tanks where waste breaks down fast and water can foul quickly. Feed only what is taken within a couple of minutes, and use a feeding spot so leftovers are easy to siphon. The garlic and beta-glucan additives are positioned to support condition; we still treat varied feeding as the real key to healthy fish.
